How to Use:
1. Place the mouth guard in boiling water for 5 -10 seconds, dry before fitting to avoid burning yourself.
2. Slightly spread the walls of the mouth guard apart so that there is enough room for your teeth to fit inside.
3. Place the guard on your upper jaw and bite down firmly. Create a vacuum in your mouth to suck out the air between the mouth guard and your teeth, hold for 60 seconds.
4. Remove the rail and harden under cold water.Trim any excess material in the area of the gums or the roof of the mouth using a scissor. Pay attention not to create any sharp edges.

Note: Repeat the previous steps if the fit isn´t perfect.
