Most vapors will pay more attention to their body feeling and condition, comparing vaping with smoking, when they first enter to the vaping world. Although most people will feel vaping relieve the uncomfortable symptoms caused by smoking, there are some people who have the problem of dry mouth, chest tightness and cough when vaping.

Dry mouth is because PG and VG in e-liquid is hygroscopic, which will take a lot of moisture of mouth. So it is advisable to drink more water to add moisture after vaping. Some people even have oral ulcer and inflammation due to dry mouth. Once you have these symptoms, it is better to vape after your symptoms treated well. Such a case is mostly related to the quality of e-liquid. Vaping high quality e-liquid could avoid the above symptoms to a large extent.

Generally speaking, stop smoking obviously improve the chest tightness and cough caused by tobacco. If the chest tightness and cough continues to be occupied with you when you vaping not smoking, it is probable that you vape the improper e-liquid.

Chest tightness and cough is mainly caused by:
1.Nicotine strength is too high or vape too much frequently
2.Allergic to the PG of e-liquid

How to distinguish which is your reason?
Easy. The distinction is whether you also have a stomach upset and feel sick or not.

>>If you have the chest tightness and cough with stomach upset, dizziness and sickness, your symptoms is caused by the first reason: too high nicotine strength or frequent vaping. It is advisable to vaping the e-liquid with lower nicotine strength at this case.

>>If you just have the chest tightness and cough, and this symptoms stop when stop vaping, it is probably because of PG allergy. Vaping high VG or even full VG e-liquid could relieve or remove these symptoms.

All in all, whatever symptoms you have, the best way is to see a doctor when you are not feeling well.
