Both challenging movements that can be, learn the proper position with the assistance of the bands first, then, and while, working on the strength aspect.

This is a great workout! I was nervous that it was not going to have enough resistance, but it has plenty. I use this band to assist me in doing pull-ups. I also use it for doing curls when I want to switch things up instead of using dumbbells all the time. The band is of good quality. No worry about it tearing up and snapping at you. I would recommend it.

Have searched a lot before purchasing serious excercise resistance bands and i can tell you that they are great everything I expected and more, I use them mainly for push ups and pull ups. The quality vs value is fantastic
One minor improvement is they can write on the band the level of resistance for each one will be much better especially if you purchase all the bands you will always need to refer to the eguide that comes along with the purchase to know the resistance level.

I prefer the resistance loops set because its more convenient for excercise according our strength, and its better if a carrying bag included.

I bought this primarily for beginning pull-ups, and I couldn't be happier with it. I ordered the 50-125lb version and it easily manages my 6-foot-180lb frame. It's extremely reliable and more than strong for someone my size! I like that it gives confidence in its endurance; the last thing you'd want is to have it rip back into your face.
