Very useful little personal fan. I bought fans as a gift for companion, It is used just as a battery operated fan, the USB power has not been tried. The USB cable supplied though is rather short so you would have to be close to the USB connector to use it
But I don't see much use for the lanyard supplied at least not for this fan
It has a variable speed control so the speed of the fan can be adjusted continuously from low to high. It also has a little pop-out stand for use on a table or desktop

Good quality as usual, however, the shipping is disappointing this time. Price is lower, very good.

Like the hand-held design and retractable stand, the soft plastic blades won't prick your fingers. It is small and portable so you can take anywhere. I use the fan when I want a burst of cool air don't want to turn big fan on

Works much better than we thought it would. really puts out cold air with or without the sponge being wet

The 2 pin plug just slots in to the bottom of this converter, there's nothing to lock it in place. Perhaps that's not a big deal, but it's not quite what I was expecting.
