The purple bands just meet my needs, but I will be buying greater resistance bands to compensate for strength improvements from using this band. The confidence builder alone is great! If you are training to do your first pull-up, or training to do more, this device is a great cost-effective way to achieve your goals.

Quite OK. It is better if has other colors. I like colorful.
