Good Rubber material and does exactly what the description states. Overcoming a shoulder injury, and overhand pull-ups strength diminished as a result. Now I can confidently work on my overhand pull-ups at home without relying on the cable machine at the gym which is constantly taken up by people using it. I found that angling the leg up vertically that is in this band is an easy way to adjust the resistance. If you need more resistance, wrap it around the pull-up bar multiple times.

These resistance bands are great! But I more like that there's varying degrees of difficulty all in one complete set, and its better if there is a handy carrying case.
