Use them bands for added resistance and it's just enough to make each exercise a little harder
Like them for lateral squat walks and placing this at my ankles while I'm laying down and spread my legs out to work my hips. I'm sure there are an endless number of uses for these things too

Ideal resistance ranges, even for rehabilitating wonky shoulders! happy find the "red" band was available here
Have also tried the "green" band, but the "red" is just the right tension needed for training my troubled shoulder joint

I got these because I try not getting my hair wet when showering. I was it in cold water in my kitchen sink only..to help keep my dye in it longer. These worked great for that
My only issue is, they're a lil lose. But other then that... they work...and definitely have room
I do put my hair up then put it over my hair. Then clipped the back on with a hair clip because it was a bit lose.

The disposable shower caps are just what I expected. The packaging is good ( I was hesitant about being able to open after reading the reviews but a pinch or slit at the corner does the trick) and the sturdiness of the caps are comparable to those provided by hotels: large enough for the average needs and sturdy enough to use three or four times. A perfect addition to the guest basket for visitors.
