As has been said the gopro wrist band is difficult to rotate without a GoPro attached, but with a camera attached it is easy to adjust. I used it while enjoying a ride on the Disney Dream's AquaDuck water coaster and it remained stable.

Ever need a "pointy thing" to push a reset switch, or get SIM / micro SD tray out? These are the answer. No more searching for a paperclip only to find its too big. These are inexpensive and you can keep one everywhere. Good quality and they seem to fit everything. Worth having the bag handy and one on every key chain.
