love how light this extension helmet bar is, and that it comes with captive nut on one end, as GoPro branded elements do. I use this with a small tripod to extend the camera far enough out to not capture the legs of the tripod, but still be low enough to capture the subjects I intend. Great addition to what amounts to an "erector" set for mounting my GoPro.
