Have searched a lot before purchasing serious excercise resistance bands and i can tell you that they are great everything I expected and more, I use them mainly for push ups and pull ups. The quality vs value is fantastic
One minor improvement is they can write on the band the level of resistance for each one will be much better especially if you purchase all the bands you will always need to refer to the eguide that comes along with the purchase to know the resistance level.

I prefer the resistance loops set because its more convenient for excercise according our strength, and its better if a carrying bag included.

Considering the price point (20 for GBP20.54 at the time of my purchase), they are solid, simple headphones. They won't last forever, and possibly not for long, but at 0.27 each, don't expect much. They are a low-tangle design, which is a nice touch, and they're pretty comfortable
My only complaint is the colour - Only white colour, actually I prefer bling bling colour, like red, blue...
